BelleVie Care wins twice at the Home Care Awards 2025
We are thrilled to announce that BelleVie Care has won two prestigious awards at the national Home Care Awards 2025! Wellbeing Support Worker Billy, who has been with us for four years and consistently demonstrates BelleVie's values, together with our Operations Leader Dan Formby, were there to collect our awards.
Winners of the Team Support Award
At the heart of BelleVie Care’s model are our decentralised, self-managing care teams, operating across the Thames Valley and North East of England. We are proud to have won the Team Support Expertise award, a recognition of the dedication, innovation, and compassion our teams bring to their work every day.
Recognising the Importance of Technology in Outstanding Care
For the third consecutive year, we have been awarded the Innovative Technology Expertise award. Supported by Innovate UK's Healthy Ageing challenge, our care leaders and teams have co-designed our in-house Wellbeing Operating System (OS) technology platform. From digital tools that assess values alignment during recruitment to systems that enable our self-managing teams to organise their rotas effectively, our technology ensures the highest standard of care. Additionally, by allowing families to access visit notes, we enhance transparency and communication. When we see opportunities for improvement, we create our own solutions to guarantee excellence.
This year, Innovative Technology Expertise category was particularly competitive, with 12 finalists vying for the award.

The Home Care Awards celebrate excellence among UK-based home care providers. Supported by the Homecare Association, they highlight organisations that are raising industry standards. Being named finalists in an incredible 11 categories this year and securing wins in two underscores our commitment to challenging norms and delivering exceptional, people-first care that prioritises well-being, relationships, and respect.
