Our Impact.

Reinventing Homecare. One Amazing person at a time.

We're working towards a future where everyone in the care ecosystem is valued and supported. Every decision in the design of our radically different operating model is based on delivering that vision. Care isn't just about survival; it's about providing the support people need to thrive at home. By prioritising the development of relationships over the completion of tasks, we ensure that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

A commitment to excellence

At BelleVie, we set out to do something a little different. We saw a sector where carers weren’t properly valued for the vital work they do. Where people were receiving a one-size- fits-all kind of care, which really suited nobody. And were there wasn’t enough talent to fill a growing number of job vacancies.

On Our Approach page, you can find out how:

  1. our unique structure has been specifically designed to address the above challenges

  2. our person-centric model has the potential to drive change across the industry

  3. we’re future-proofing home care for tomorrow’s growing, ageing population

But, if you’d like to see how that approach is already delivering measurable, meaningful change, then read on.

To date, BelleVie has:

Amassed a crowded trophy shelf: BelleVie has garnered numerous prestigious awards and recognitions since its inception. Just last month, we scooped the overall ‘best in show’ Gold Grand Prix Winner title at the 2024 UK Homecare Awards, along with a trio of Golds for Best Palliative/End of Life Care, Best Innovative Technology, and Best for Staff Wellbeing.

Supported 500+ happy families: BelleVie now helps over 500 families and individuals to live their best lives, as reflected by:

a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 95%, which places us in the top percentile for Care delivery

the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who rate our services as ‘Good’ overall, with ‘Outstanding’ responsiveness

Grown a workforce of committed, skilled carers: Despite a skills shortage across the industry, our value-based approach to recruitment means we’re able to recruit even when other providers cannot. And because we invest heavily in staff wellbeing, salaries, training and development, people really like working with us and so those we support get to see the same friendly faces week in, week out!

Demonstrated sustainable growth: Our operating model is effective and efficient, but it is also scalable. Originally operating throughout Oxfordshire and Northumberland, we’ve recently expanded to serve Buckinghamshire and Newcastle – and we’re not stopping there! If you’d like to be part of our growth strategy, visit our Careers page to view current vacancies.
