Everyone is different, and so we custom our care plans to reflect individual needs, wants, preferences and values. And because situations and conditions change, we update the plans on a regular basis. So, if someone suddenly wants more support, or needs a different level of care, we can adapt quickly.

All of this means that we deliver a highly personalised service. It also means that we don’t have set payment packages. Instead, we have a unique monthly payment structure that means you can access flexible support, as, when and where you need it.

Competitive Care

As an accredited Living Wage employer, we believe in fairly compensating our Wellbeing Support Workers, but we work hard to keep our costs as low as possible by reducing the need for back office support, and cutting out unnecessary admin.

Our small teams of Wellbeing Support Workers are the heart of BelleVie - hand-picked from the local area for their compassion and values. All are passionate about giving back to their community and building real, trusted relationships with the people they support.
