BelleVie’s Innovative Approach to Social Care

BelleVie’s model is inspired by the Dutch "Buurtzorg" system, which emphasises small, self-managing teams that build trusted, long-term relationships with clients. This approach has been incredibly effective, leading to our substantial growth. We now employ 110 people across four counties, with projected revenues of £1.3 million this year.

A Diverse Workforce

Our unique recruitment strategy attracts career switchers from diverse backgrounds, from bookkeepers to DJs. This diversity enriches the care we provide and addresses the urgent need for more professionals in the sector.

Innovative Tech

We’ve developed a proprietary Wellbeing Operating System (Wellbeing OS), funded by Innovate UK. This technology supports values-based recruitment and streamlines administrative tasks, allowing our carers to focus on providing high-quality care. It is also the first English language digital platform built specifically for self-managing teams.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, we plan to expand our collaborations with NHS trusts and licence our Wellbeing OS to other social care businesses, to support our mission to reinvent the future of care, so communities are supported to thrive, and all members of the care ecosystem are valued.
