UK BASED APPLICANTS AND NO AGENCIES PLEASE
We are treating the root causes of the care crisis, through a radical new way of working which is built on strong communities, thriving relationships and better outcomes for all.
BelleVie’s innovative model of delivering care was inspired by the success of “Buurtzorg” in the Netherlands, which successfully revolutionised community nursing. It’s based on small self-managing teams and ways of working which empower and value care workers. It’s the care world equivalent of shifting from Waterfall to Agile delivery methods. Our NPS of 90%+ for three consecutive years proves that it’s working! But new ways of working need new digital tools. That’s where you come in.

● Perhaps even more importantly than that, we need you to drive these changes and take full ownership. If that sounds like something you are good at, then that’s great.
● You’ll need to communicate well with your product team colleagues and be able to understand the needs and aspirations of users, and how digital tools can support them.
